In 2014, Paiste upgraded their highly popular PST5 series of cymbals for the first time since its introduction in 2005. This 16-inch medium crash is part of that series, and offers a medium to high volume. Paiste's Swiss Sound Development Team was responsible for the upgrades to the series, and the new PST5's have a more musical character than their predecessors and offer a bright, yet rich and warm sound. After the initial attack, they offer a washy sound that will fit right in with many different styles of music.
